Crazier than fiction?
The latest plan to try to stop contaminated water from leaking into the Pacific from the area around the Fukushima reactors? A giant underground ice wall. You can't make this stuff up...
This is the class blog for Science 3207, "The Unstable Nucleus" at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Postings include readings for the class, current event updates, and anything interesting and "nuclear" that students encounter.
